Catalyst2GO is a Grab & Go Food Shop offering a full Espresso Bar, an extensive self-serve Salad Bar, a Soup Bar and a rotating assortment of hot,
ready to eat items.

We do not offer seating, but we will provide you everything you need to enjoy a healthy delicious meal on the go.

As with our Café, Catalyst2GO will proudly serve Caffe Vita coffee, roasted especially for us weekly in Seattle along with Monin Syrups, local dairy products, and premium teas from Canadian Tea merchant Murchie’s.

Our Salad Bar will serve as the anchor for Catalyst2GO offering a rotating array of locally grown, organic greens, various cheeses, dried fruits, roasted nuts, fresh cut vegetables, house-made dressings, & other imaginative toppings.

Certain favorites from the Catalyst Café will hold featured, permanent spots in our fresh bar including honey-pickled roasted beets, Catalyst Caesar dressing, house-made
croutons, & Bing Cherry Vinaigrette to name a few.

Over our 32-year run the Catalyst dished up a lot of soup, some of which became quite popular with our customers. Our soups will rotate based on season and
whim, but will include Roasted Winter Squash, Hungarian Mushroom, Tomato Lime Tortilla, Gazpacho, Creamy Tomato and more.

The Catalyst Café started a frozen take n bake business called “Compound” during the pandemic. It proved most popular. Frozen, fully cooked, ready to heat and eat meals and family-style side dishes will rotate based on season, popularity, and customer feedback. Possible options: Traditional Italian Lasagna, Stuffed Manicotti, Roasted Squash & Mushroom Lasagna, Enchiladas, Mac n Cheese, Quarts of Soup, and more.
